2. General principles

We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act. Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you personally.

We only collect data that is necessary for the respective purpose, and we store it only for as long as that purpose or a statutory retention period requires.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in what are known as server log files:

• IP address of the accessing device
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the file retrieved
• volume of data transferred and status of the request
• browser type, browser version and operating system
• referrer URL, meaning the previously visited page

Purpose and legal basis: this data is technically required to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and investigate misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention: log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider after a short period. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated for marketing purposes.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the log file data described above on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Contact form and getting in touch

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry.

Data processed via the contact form:

• name (required)
• email address (required)
• company (optional)
• type of enquiry
• content of the message (required)
• time of submission and IP address for abuse prevention

Purpose and legal basis: processing takes place in order to handle your enquiry and to carry out pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form.

Spam protection: the form contains an additional field that is invisible to humans (a honeypot). If it is filled in, we assume automated submission and discard the message. No external service such as Google reCAPTCHA is used.

Retention: we store your enquiry until it has been fully dealt with and no further questions are expected. If a contractual relationship arises from the enquiry, statutory retention periods of up to seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code apply. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

Disclosure: your details are not passed on to third parties and are not used for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. Neither technically necessary session cookies nor cookies for statistics, convenience or marketing are used. That is also why there is no cookie banner on this website. Further details can be found in the cookie policy.

7. No external services

This website deliberately avoids embedded third-party services. Specifically:

• No web analytics: no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no comparable tool
• No external fonts: all fonts are served from our own server, no connection to Google Fonts is established
• No social media plugins: references to profiles are plain links that only establish a connection when you click them
• No embedded maps or videos: no Google Maps, no YouTube embeds
• No advertising or tracking pixels

8. External links

This website contains links to external websites, for example to digitalwings.at or to social network profiles. When you click such a link you leave this website; from that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence over their content or data processing.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) of inaccurate data
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), unless a statutory retention obligation applies
